Hi, I’m Aspen! I came to the shelter from a large hoarding case, so the world was a pretty scary place at first. Thanks to my amazing foster family, I’m learning that people can be kind and that life can be a lot of fun! Once I trust you, I’m a loving, playful, goofy girl who loves playing with other dogs, tossing around my favorite stuffed toys (especially if I can remove the stuffing!), and zooming around the yard. I’m still building confidence with new people, especially men, so I’m looking for a patient family that will let me move at my own pace and celebrate all my little victories. I’m making great progress with leash walking and house training, and having another friendly dog to show me the ropes would be a huge bonus. If you have a little patience and a lot of love, I promise I’ll reward you with endless affection, silly puppy antics, and the joy of watching me continue to blossom into the wonderful dog I was always meant to be.
