Described by his former family as a “super cuddly” cat who “wants to be right next to you”, Harley was noted to be nervous around strangers. It took some time to get comfortable enough with staff and volunteers, but Harley’s beginning to show his promised cuddle bug lap cat personality! Harley has not been around kids before and was reportedly fine with other cats but frightened of dogs, so he is looking for a dog-free place to crash.
