About me
Henry is just over a year and a half old, and had already found himself at the York SPCA! Then a wonderful couple came along and fell in love with Henry and took him home. Henry lived there with two parents and two cats where they worked really hard to make sure everyone could live peacefully together. Unfortunately, after a lot of work, training, praying, hoping, Henry ultimately decided that cats might make better snacks than friends. They made the heartbreaking decision to surrender Henry back to YSPCA, but with the help of HOPE, we’re all hoping to continue Henry’s journey to make him more confident and calmer around other animals. Currently though, it would be best if Henry could live in a home with no other pets, and with someone who understands that he might not ever want any furry best friends.
Henry does LOVE, and we mean LOVE, people…and treats! He’s learning about toys, and basic obedience training, and all the other things that dogs learn in the Program. We are confident that we can help Henry and the YSPCA find his happily ever after.
Henry is available through the York SPCA and his adoption fee is $160. He comes fully vetted, neutered and of course FREE lifetime training assistance.
