About me
Walker Texas Ranger didn’t expect to come smiling into the summer of ‘26, but he wasn’t expecting to lose a limb either! Walker was brought into the shelter as a stray with bite wounds and an old B.B. pellet, and unfortunately became a tripod for his health and comfort. Luckily, he came to the right place to retire from his previous lifestyle! Walker Texas Ranger is a sweetheart who loves to give head butts but is new to family life and would benefit from having cat-savvy humans, possibly without small children. This outlaw has retained some of his street sensibilities and finds fast movement and loudness frightening, so he is on the hunt for humans respectful of his boundaries who are willing to meet him where he’s at as he adapts to his new life.
Due to Walker’s backstory, we don’t know how he feels about living with cats, dogs, or small children, but we believe he’d square up if needed, so it might be better to make him your Lone Ranger—at least when it comes to cats. You have the right to remain silent… but we’d love if you didn’t and asked to take this boy home instead!
