Volunteer Opportunities for Animal Loving Groups

Due to staff transitions, our onboarding process is on hold and our response time has lengthened. Thank you for your patience.

In the meantime, if you have any immediate concerns, please reach out to us at volunteer@ycspca.org.

The York County SPCA is a community resource center, and that wouldn’t be possible without you, our community. We need your corporate group, scout troop, student club, or other organization to partner with us, complete an off-site project, and visit our shelter to learn more about how to support animal welfare throughout York County!

If you’re interested in completing a group project, please complete the interest form here and our Volunteer Coordinator will reach out to you with more information!

The Group Project Process

Step One – Complete this form or reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@ycspca.org and express interest.

Step Two – Work with your Project Coordinator to plan a worthwhile project for your group.

Step Three – Host a party to complete the group project and celebrate your accomplishment.

Step Four – Visit the shelter for a tour to learn more about how to support the wellbeing of our shelter residents and community animals.

We're excited to work with your team!
