Solving and Preventing Dog Problems Virtual Seminar and Q&A

November Topic: Positive vs. Negative Dog Training

Solving and Preventing Dog Problems will take place virtually as a Facebook Live event. These free seminars teach you how to manage and prevent common problematic behaviors in dogs such as unwanted jumping, leash pulling, and more.

In November's seminar, we will discuss positive versus negative dog training with trainers Deb Byloff and Cathy Hivner. During the last half of the seminar, Deb and Cathy will answer questions submitted by our viewers. We will try to answer as many questions as possible in the last 15 minutes of the seminar.

Deb and Cathy are both established dog trainers who have been helping the York County SPCA and York community work with seemingly unmanageable dogs for many years. Previously called Obedience Training Seminars, we're excited to relaunch these sessions to focus more on troubleshooting your dog's specific issues. In the live event, you can submit your questions for Deb and Cathy in the comments section next to the live video stream. We will spend the first half of the seminar discussing a specific behavior, and the second half of the seminar answering questions. This class is free and open to the public.
