Please note: Due to the volume of surgeries we do daily, we do not keep cancelation lists.
Medical Records
If you need medical records, proof of rabies vaccination status, or bloodwork from a previous appointment, please email us at clinic@ycspca.org fill out the form on the "Contact Us" page and a staff member will assist you. To help us better assist you, make sure to note the pet's name and the name of the person who scheduled the appointment.
