About me
Hi, I’m Boswell! I came to the shelter from a large hoarding case, so the world is still a pretty big place to me. I may not be the dog who runs up to greet you on day one, but if you’re willing to give me time, patience, and understanding, I promise I’m worth every step of the journey. Beneath my fear is a gentle, intelligent, and incredibly loyal dog who is slowly learning that people can be trusted. I absolutely love being around other dogs—they help me feel safe and bring out my playful, curious side. One of my favorite things is simply relaxing outside in the sunshine with my canine friends nearby. I’m looking for a calm home with a patient adopter who understands that trust isn’t given overnight—it’s earned through kindness and consistency. A confident resident dog would be a huge bonus to help me continue building confidence. Watching me blossom will take time, but my foster family says the bond you build with me will be one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever have.
