About me
Are you an introvert looking for a similarly introverted furry roommate? Mr. Crawly came into the shelter as a sick stray and is retiring from the colony cat lifestyle. It’s been a strange adjustment for him; he doesn’t always warm to strangers right away, though he often likes a scratch on the head and a good treat bribe. Mr. Crawly has been enjoying exploring during his floor time and is curious about what’s happening around him. If it’s too much, he moseys on back home to his bed. We expect Mr. Crawly’s personality to continue to evolve as he becomes more comfortable out on the floor!
Mr. Crawly is part of our hospice adoption program as he needs to be monitored long-term for any changes in his head tilt/vestibular symptoms due to his cauliflower ear. He will likely require periodic ear cleanings. Mr. Crawly appears to be deaf as a result of his past issues as well, though he doesn’t let it keep him down! We don’t know how he feels about other cats, dogs, or human kids thanks to his background. He’s a bit of a mystery, but we know mystery fans are out there, so pick up this chunky guy if that’s you!
