Hi, I’m Phil! I came from a large hoarding case, so I’m still learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. Every day I get a little braver, and once I know I’m safe, my goofy personality really starts to shine! I’m like an oversized puppy who loves to play, zoom around the yard, climb into your lap for affection, and be carried around when I can convince you. Leashes and new situations are still a little confusing to me, so I may get nervous when I feel leash pressure, but I’m making progress every day and recover quickly with patience and encouragement. I’m looking for a family that understands trust takes time and is excited to help me continue building confidence. With kindness, consistency, and plenty of love, I know I’m going to grow into an amazing best friend.
