Poppy 🐱🌾

Poppy is a special girl who came to us from a hoarding situation and was unfortunately under-socialized. While she is still very shy, she will allow small amounts of handling on her own terms, though she does not like restraint or too much pressure.

Because of her personality, we feel Poppy could thrive either as an indoor/outdoor cat or in a working cat placement with a safe space to call home. She would do best in a calm environment that understands her need for independence and allows her the freedom to choose how much interaction she’s comfortable with.

Whether living in a barn, farm, garage, warehouse, or quieter home with outdoor access, Poppy is looking for a patient placement that will let her settle in at her own pace while providing consistent food, shelter, and care.
