Whacky Macky was surrendered through no fault of his own and arrived at the shelter feeling pretty unsure of the world around him. While it took a little time for him to settle in, once staff earned his trust, his fun and playful personality started to shine through. Beneath that nervous exterior is a sweet boy who loves to have a good time and is ready to find a family to share adventures with. Whacky Macky can get a little mouthy when playtime becomes too exciting, so he’ll do best with a family that can continue teaching him appropriate play manners and help guide him into becoming the best version of himself. He would likely thrive in a home with older children who can respect his boundaries and energy level. While we don’t yet know how he feels about cats or living with other dogs, he has shown positive interest in dogs here at the shelter.
