SAVE THE DATE! IT’S A PAW-TY! In celebration of Give Local York on May 2, we are hosting a Community PAW-ty: Give Day Open House at the shelter! The event will take place from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. as we continue to watch the donation countdown and celebrate our mission and community. 
We invite you to join us for an evening of fun festivities for the whole family, including:
- Food Trucks
- Face Painting & Kids Activities
- Adopt-a-Plushie
- Small Animal Petting Zoo
- Doggie Art Show
- And… so much MORE!

See below for important reminders if you plan on coming 
1. We will have parking anywhere in our main lot (including the side clinic and outdoor kennel).
2. We encourage you to bring chairs and blankets to sit in the grass to eat your treats from the food trucks.
3. Please bring cash and card for the various activities we will have at the event and the food trucks.
4. We will not be doing adoptions, but we will have adoptable dogs as special guests during the event!
