Kangaroo is a gentle, sensitive girl who is looking for a patient family willing to help her build confidence at her own pace. Because she can be nervous in new situations, she would do best in a quiet home with older children who can understand and respect her need for space while she settles in. As a stray, we don’t know much about Kangaroo’s past, but we do know that the shelter environment has been overwhelming for her. Despite her fears, she has shown us that she has a sweet nature and wants to connect with people she trusts. A calm, understanding home will give her the chance to decompress, feel safe, and begin showing the wonderful dog she truly is.
