Lily came to us after her owner sadly passed away, and the big changes in her life left her feeling confused and shut down at first. As she’s settled in, Lily has slowly started to let her personality shine through. She enjoys going for walks, loves a good game of fetch, and is beginning to show her sweet side more each day. Lily may need a little time to warm up to new people and does seem more nervous around men, so a patient and understanding family will help her feel safe and secure. She would do best in a home with older children who can respect her space while she adjusts. Lily is looking for a calm, loving home where she can continue building confidence and finally feel comfortable again. No cats for this girl, and we are still unsure how she feels about other dogs.
