Moose is a smart, loyal boy who is ready to find a family to call his own. He came to us at no fault of his own and was understandably a little confused by the busy shelter at first. As he settled in, though, staff quickly discovered what a wonderful dog he truly is. Moose is incredibly intelligent and thrives when his brain is engaged, he already knows quite a bit and would love a family excited to keep teaching him new things. This handsome guy is both toy and food motivated, which makes training and learning with him a lot of fun. Moose especially enjoys games of tug, playing fetch, and working on training with his favorite people. He can be a bit reserved when meeting new people, but once he warms up, his loyal and playful personality shines through. Moose would do best with a family that enjoys spending time with their dog, keeping him mentally stimulated and involved in daily life.
