    The York County SPCA (YCSPCA) has partnered with Anderson Impact in its search for a dynamic and dedicated Director of Philanthropy to lead its annual fundraising efforts and a major capital campaign that will further expand the YCSPCA’s lifesaving impact..

    York County SPCA’s Director of Philanthropy oversees all areas of the Development Department which results in fiscal stability and programmatic enhancement that advances the YCSPCA’s strategic priorities. The Director of Philanthropy will spearhead development efforts to achieve annual fundraising goals through the solicitation of gifts, grants, and sponsorships from individuals, corporations, and foundations. The Director of Philanthropy is responsible for ensuring the formation and management
    of meaningful and sincere relationships between the York County SPCA and our donors. The Director of Philanthropy manages a portfolio of relationships with existing supporters and helps forge new relationships to build the YCSPCA’s visibility, impact, and funding pipeline. The Director of Philanthropy ensures that the organization’s current technology infrastructure is maintained and utilized to its fullest potential to consistently and efficiently acknowledge current supporters and cultivate prospective donors. The Director of Philanthropy researches and designs various fundraising strategies to meet the organization’s operational budgetary needs.

    The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000.
