For one week from Friday, June 25th to Friday, July 2nd, all adoption fess will be half-priced!

Our shelter is filling up with lost and surrendered pets, so it is imperative that we find homes for as many animals as possible, as quickly as possible. As an open admission shelter, we accept all companion animals. Currently, we are taking in, on average, between 75-90 animals every week.

Fortunately, we partner with a large network of rescue organizations and fosters who provide transfers and housing, helping us to move animals out of the shelter and a step closer to their forever home, which makes space for more incoming animals. Our rescue and foster partners are critical to our lifesaving work, especially during times like these when the shelter is almost full.

However, adopters are just as important! And we strive to make adoption accessible to everyone. That's why, over the past year, we have implemented a new "adopters welcome" philosophy that removes any judgements and barriers to adoption. We've established a new adoption application that serves more like a survey, asking basic questions to help our staff match you with the best animal possible for your family, home environment, and lifestyle.

And now, we are reducing adoption fees by HALF! Your adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchip, an up-to-date veterinary exam, flea and tick treatment, heartworm preventative, relevant testing any other necessary medical treatment, and several adoption goodies.
