SAVE THE DATE! IT'S A PAW-TY!
In celebration of Give Local York happening on May 3, we are hosting a Community PAW-ty: Give Day Open House right here at the shelter! The event will take place 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. as we continue to watch the donation countdown and celebrate our mission and community as a whole.
We invite you to join us for an evening of fun festivities for the whole family, including:
Food Trucks: Stoney’s Burgers & On My Grind Coffee
Face Painting & Kids Activity Room
Doggy Fashion Show Featuring Our Adoptable Pups!
Paw Painting with Our Cats
Feed Our Dogs, Keep Your Own YCSPCA Kibble Cup
Open Browsing to Find a New Furry Friend
And... so much MORE!
If you would like to donate to our Give Local York campaign on Give Day (May 2 & 3 from 9 - 9 pm), visit www.ycspca.org/givelocalyork. Thank you for supporting our mission of helping pets in York County and beyond! Your donation makes a lifesaving difference.
See below for important reminders if you plan on coming:
1. We will have parking available anywhere in our main lot (including the side clinic lot and outdoor kennel lot). We will also have overflow parking across the street at CBF Bakery Systems in their parking lot. There will be staff and volunteers with parking signs directing traffic flow.
2. We encourage you to bring chairs and blankets to sit in the grass to eat your treats from the food trucks.
3. Please bring cash and card for the various activities we will have at the event, as well as the food trucks.
4. The Doggy Fashion Show will take place outside at 6:30 p.m. You will be able to vote for your favorite pooch to win!
5. We will not be doing adoptions, but you can browse all our adoptable animals during the entire duration of the event.
